National President (NPrez)

Daryl "Q-Ball" Selby

Daryl entered the Trucking Industry in 2008 after serving as a Communications Technician in the U.S. Air Force for six years, then as a Police Officer in the Greater Metro Denver, Colorado, area for approximately five years. Daryl has worked in the Trucking industry as both a local & OTR truck driver, a DOT Compliance and Safety Manager, and as a CDL Instructor at a local school in Fort Worth, TX. However, currently Daryl is an Over the Road Driver who transports Food Grade Tanker trailers across all 48 States & Canada as driving is his passion.

The Chair person of the National Board, the governing body of the Organization, Daryl is responsible for creating and overseeing policies within the Organization. Additionally, Daryl serves as the Organization Technology Officer, Technical Writer, Copy Editor, Legal Liaison, and is the overall Webmaster for the organization.

Daryl attended Colorado Tech where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Information Technology in 2005, and continued on to earn a Masters of Business Administration degree, specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management, graduating in 2015.

National Vice President (NVP)

Joshua "Masshole" Raneo

Josh started his trucking career in 2004 after attending truck driving school. In his 20+ years of working in trucking Josh has worked a variety of jobs with varying degrees of responsibility ranging from Local, Regional, and OTR driving where he transported a variety of trailers including Dry van, Refrigerated, and Tanker. Josh's specialization, however, was with Removable Gooseneck (RGN) trailers transporting tall, heavy, and wide (oversize) freight. Prior to entering Trucking, Josh served in the U.S. Navy for approximately five years as a Quartermaster (QM3) and a Search and Rescue swimmer where he was stationed at the Norfolk Naval Station and at Naval Station Mayport, in Mayport, Fl. Josh separated from the U.S. Navy in 1999. Today, however, while his love and passion continues to be in the heavy haul sector Josh now works within the Oilfield industry transporting oilfield crew housing trailers, and miscellaneous water and sewer equipment & commodities that support oilfield rig crews in the field.

As the National Vice President he is second in Command to the National President. Josh's main responsibilities include convening and leading the National Committee and National Board meetings/activities & assuming all the duties & responsibilities in the absence of the National President, is responsible for assigning duties of other Chapter Officers in their absence, Supervising the planning of National organized events, and overseeing the numerous donation campaigns the Organization runs throughout the year. Josh's responsibilities remain flexible to meet the needs of the Organization.

National Sergeant at Arms (NS@A)

Chris "Repoman" Adams

A man who has worn many hats in his lifetime, Chris was born in Rockport, ME, and then spent most of his youth growing up in Arvada, CO. In 2009 his family moved to Jacksonville, NC where Chris started volunteering as a firefighter, until 2019. In addition to volunteer Firefighter work, Chris entered into private armed and unarmed security work between 2010 and 2012, before the company went out of business. Chris entered the Transportation industry in 2012, starting in the towing and recovery sector before branching off into vehicle repossessions until he was laid off due to the COVID pandemic. In conjunction with his towing career, Chris was also involved in bail enforcement and investigations where Chris had intentions of using his years of "skip tracing" experience from repossession work for a greater cause. In 2021 Chris changed direction and began his career in Over the Road trucking, where he has been focusing is career efforts to date. Chris is also a loving father to his five children, three girls and two boys.

Chris' main role, day to day, is the enforcement of the Organization By-Laws, as well as acting as a mediator during Member and/or Officer conflicts, suggesting resolutions, and reporting to the National Board as required. Chris also acts as the organization Project Manager, day to day, reporting to the National President the progress of event planning throughout the year.

National Enforcer (NENF)

James "Gear Jammer" Maduzia

James have just over 10yrs of Over the Road experience with Refrigerated, Van, Flatbed and Tanker trailers and commodities. Prior to entering trucking James owned and operated his own mechanic business for 8yrs, and also worked in the towing industry where he operated roll back trucks (flatbed tow trucks), repossessed vehicles, and worked as a heavy tow truck operator. James is a father of 6 daughters and a Husband of 8yrs. Currently, James team drives with his wife and has found it to be a fun and enlightening experience sharing the road with her.

James is the first reportable Officer in the National Chain of Command for Chapter Presidents, and acts as an overall "supervisor" over Chapter Officers. He is responsible for protecting the organizations reputation during any type of conflict, internal or external to the organization, acts as a liaison to all Chapters in regards to member disciplinary action and ensures Chapters do not exceed the authority given to them. James also assists the National Road Captain in mediating during Member and/or Officer conflicts and reporting the outcome to the National Board, and acts on any other authority or capacity assigned to him by the senior leadership as required.

National Secretary/Treasurer (NSEC)

Todd "Keltic Reaper" Smith-Bunge

A U.S. Army vet, Todd started driving Over the road after his Army tour at the age of 21. In his long career, Todd has transported dry van, refrigerated, automobiles, and open deck. Today, Todd is an owner-operator who transports commodities on a step deck. Todd hails from Wisconson, is married, and is a proud father of nine children and 10 grandchildren. 
 

Todd is the keeper of all recordings, which includes written reports, meeting attendance & minutes, correspondence between outside organizations as applicable, and notifying members of notable news. Todd is the direct supervisor over Chapter Secretaries and is responsible for maintaining Chapter Meeting notes and attendance. Todd reports directly to the National President, respectively, but may be called upon to assist as required by other Officers in the National Officer corp. Additionally, Todd also serves in a Treasurer capacity, overseeing organizational spending and maintaining financial records.

National Counselor & Life Coach (NCLC)

Lucas "Scar" Fitzgerald

Lucas' driving career has spanned for just over 5 1/2 years, 5 years of which was spent transporting refrigerated units for Prime Inc, and with 3 of those 5 1/2 years spend at a driver trainer, spent 6 months transporting food grade tanks for Busch Farms. Prior to entering transportation and trucking, Lucas spent over 15 years working in the the Mental Heath industry, of which 2 1/2 years were spent working in a psychiatric hospital and another 2 1/2 years in home counseling. Lucas' preferred method of counseling  utilizes a combination of Gestalt and Existential counseling styles. Today, Lucas now works for Daily Direct/Haul Bikes in the specialized area of transporting motorcycles to customers around the country.  

As the National Counselor & Life Coach, Lucas is the organization Mental Health Counselor, based upon his very specific background, and helps to identify goals and potential solutions to problems that can, sometimes, cause emotional turmoil to members/drivers in our industry. Lucas' main goal is to help strengthen the self-esteem of members, where applicable, and promote behavior change and optimal mental health in a very limited scope of practice. Conversations held between Lucas and any member who seeks the services of the Organization National Counselor & Life Coach are confidential in nature, up to the point where Lucas is required to report illegal activity, self harm or harm to others, or other circumstances as dictated by law.

Lucas ​also has an applied science degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics, a Bachelor’s degree in Wilderness Leadership Experiential Education, and is qualified as a Professional in Mental Health. Lucas is also one semester away from completing a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Counseling.

National Marketing Director (NMD)

Jeff "Grizz" Lazarz Jr.

Jeff has 16 years of experience in the trucking industry with a mix of local and Over the Road positions.

Born and raised just outside Detroit, Jeff grew up around the automotive industry, eventually becoming a Welder and Crane Operator. After the recession of 2008 Jeff decided to make a career change and obtained his CDL. He is the proud father of 3 children. 

As the newest member to join the National Officer Corp, Jeff’s responsibilities encompass everything Social Media and/or Marketing for the organization, which includes content creation for Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, and any other platform deemed suitable for advertising and recruitment of potential members and spread the word about our mission. Additionally, Jeff works closely with with the National President as the podcast co-host and is responsible for editing and mixing the weekly production to create the final result to share on YouTube, Spotify, and iHeart Radio.
